For subsequent shipments, you may cancel or reschedule your subscription at any time through your Account. Subscriptions that are canceled and later reactivated are not eligible for a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened products for one time purchase customers. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
